I am from Louisiana. I felt I should start there. The crawfish is pretty good! They have options for heat level as well as customization options for seasonings. The only reason the service has 3 stars is because sometimes I have great service; while other times are subpar. I think it was just the server we had, I did not get her name. I’ve only had crawfish the few times I came, and as I stated before, the crawfish is good!
After a mishap on Sunday, I messaged their facebook page to express my concerns. I wasn’t looking for anything in return, but felt like it needed to be addressed privately rather than blasting it like some would. They responded very quickly and offered to talk if necessary, and comped our next platter. It was extremely professional, and I hope I expressed my gratitude enough.
