I am writing this review regarding my son's recent experience at the mental health clinic under the care of nurse practitioner Linu Mathew. My son has been a patient at the clinic for five years, and we have had a generally satisfactory experience until Nurse Anna's departure and Linu Mathews taking over. These people have been amazing to work with. I came in with several issues and some not related to psychological care. I had an appointment with a neurologist at a clinic that I would have had to wait three months for. I told them about my struggles and their Care Navigator helped me find an appointment with a neurologist only a week after we met. They really helped me and I’m truly grateful.

This place is a joke. My granddaughter has been in services since December 2024 and they have done nothing that they say they will do. We have had to resort to CPS to get her the help that she needs. The entire time she's been in services there was little to no communication, except for medications. We had to seek a therapist outside of Hill Country because she was never given one even though we asked several times.
