These people have been amazing to work with. I came in with several issues and some not related to psychological care. I had an appointment with a neurologist at a clinic that I would have had to wait three months for. I told them about my struggles and their Care Navigator helped me find an appointment with a neurologist only a week after we met. They really helped me and I’m truly grateful.

This place is a joke. My granddaughter has been in services since December 2024 and they have done nothing that they say they will do. We have had to resort to CPS to get her the help that she needs. The entire time she's been in services there was little to no communication, except for medications. We had to seek a therapist outside of Hill Country because she was never given one even though we asked several times. STAFF IS RUDE, MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL. You call them needing help and IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, they respond to what you're saying without fully understanding what it is you actually need. You can't get a word in edgewise. If you're going to be annoyed and agitated by people here looking to understand, this is the last place you should be working.

Terrible place, I went here for a few years until I found a better place ,appointments were always cancelled the day of I already took off work for. Front desk people rude and hateful. Counselors forget they have appointments with you . Doctor James quit and walked out so I had no one to help me after waiting 3 months to get in .
