Respectful and communicative. Michael's workman ship is one thing. What really got me is how attentive he was to the details I requested and that he was genuinely concerned about meeting my expectations.
After having Comal Builders fix a challenging(for other contractors, not for him) drainage issue on my large property, I have hired him again to work on my smaller urban property to design my landscape/backyard layout. We've just started, but his responsiveness and ability to listen to my ideas is something hard to find in contractors.
