It used to be a nice place to work until they got tight on money while you overwork yourself in the field. They promise you OT and drive time then after they say the bigger bosses won’t be able to pay and apologize. I left with them owing me 12 hrs and more OT hours and they do not care about their workers anymore

Awful environment to work in. Do as I say not as I do mentality. Forced to work in areas where COVID has been detected. Only pro is the amount of knowledge you can obtain learning the different systems Com-Tech provides for customers.
Brian has been a huge help over the years. He’s got a great organization helping people understand their security infrastructure and I look forward to our continued partnership.
