Upon further reflection of this posting, there was one person who insisted she have a RAID setup. I tried to talk her out of it but she insisted thats what she wanted. I personally wouldnt do it for her and my networking guy set it up. When it eventually crashed three years, she obviously blames me. I was a customer of Kevin's for several years and easily spent $1000/year taking care of computer needs; I run a small business and need reliability. Kevin repeatedly told me never to go with Dell because their products were inferior; all while I suffered through numerous crashes (one of Kevin's -- expensive -- computers usually lasted about 8 months before absolutely massive failure), paid mega $$ for failed RAID utility setup and backup options trying to establish redundancy, etc. When I told him that I couldn't afford all... read more
