Very, very disappointing experience, agent sorely lacking in customer service skills. A month before my policy payment was due I emailed asking if there was anything less expensive. First I was told it was too early. A week later I was told no. I asked my agent who else they checked, I got no response back. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years, and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He will review your policies periodically to make sure you are getting the best rates available.

I had a terrible experience working with them. They raised my insurance despite have any successful claims, I emailed them for help and asking to clarify why my insurance went up and they never even responded. They tried to take advantage of me and over-insured me on things I didn't even need. I asked them to cancel my policy and they billed my bank anyways. AVOID!!

They've taken care of us for 20 years, zero complaints. Home, auto, condo association.
