Fantastic vet right here, Chris and the team do an amazing job here and again today looking after my greyhound with teeth cleaning, Polish and extractions,once again great service from start to finish and even fit my whippet in at short notice for a check Up and vaccinations so thanks again, highly recommend and you will see why they are always busy because of the great job they do!!!
Ya’ll said you were gonna do a small routine ear incision because my beautiful beagle had an ear infection. THIS VET prescribed my dog medication he was allergic too and he ended up having seizures until he died (anaphylactic shock). As nurses, YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO AN ALLERGY TEST! For this exact reason, you killed someone’s beloved family member/pet. Also when we took his bandages off when he was dead, his incision was an absolute mess not very “small”. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE!
I took my beautiful boy for what was described as a simple procedure on his ear , they said they’d ring and let me know how the surgery went. I never got a call, I rang them and asked how he was doing and they said a vet would call me back. Over 2 hours later I received a call that the surgery was over and he was doing fine. I took him home with instructions to return 3 days later to get the wound redressed. My darling boy passed away today 2 days after surgery.
