Chris and Dalton are wonderful and caring vets
I have been going to Colyton Vet for many years, and I cannot recommend Dr Chris highly enough. He is genuinely one of the best vets I have ever been to. Dr Chris is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring. He takes the time to listen, explain things properly and always puts the wellbeing of the animals first. His experience and knowledge give me a great deal of confidence whenever my dog needs care. This one star is for the receptionist who shouldn’t have been there. I visited your clinic on the morning of October 17th to have my sister’s cat desexed, and the morning staff, including the nurse, receptionist lady and the gentleman, and the afternoon nurse were all incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. My sister had an $80 voucher from AWL, and I was under the impression that we only needed to pay that amount and the rest would be covered by AWL, but it turned out to be the opposite, which was perfectly fine. They are awesome here, warm and caring. I felt totally at ease leaving my cat there for desexing, and she came home with no issues. They are now my go-to vet now. Once again, they've saved the day. My old boy Moe Dogg is being fixed up, and after hours on Easter Sunday, no less. These guys are legit the best. An edit to add that they were there for me when my old boy Moe had to leave us, helped with organising his cremation and although it was hard they made it all so easy, with care and understanding.
