Ever since Denton(about 2 yrs) left, the place has been pretty bad. Rude, no care for time, or communication.
I can't speak for anyone else in these reviews but I've been here a few times and they're always nice, very helpful and fair. The price complaints are just that, complaints. This shop may be more than some and cheaper than some but it's diesel work, everything is more than an owner operator wants to pay. It just is what it is. I went for a DOT inspection and the mechanics placed a band clamp on my exhaust, at my request and they were VERY nice about it and didn't charge me for it.
