What a fabulous experience for my elderly Mum in the outpatient Geriatric medicine department. They know how to relate and treat elderly people to put them at ease, especially ones with Alzheimer's. This could have been a bewildering visit for my 91 year old Mum, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff, especially Lesley, made the whole visit a delight and Mum was calm and even making jokes! I can't praise them highly enough . She took care of the NHS non emergency ambulance service for us too. Keep up your amazing work
