Had a terrible experience with the tire dealers just off to the left of this establishment in between the computerplace. No dirt on colwood car mart unless of course they are associated and employing these people. Crystal completely sideswiped our deal. She told me that she would sell me 2 tires for x price. I told her i only needed one tire but she said she only sells them in pairs. I asked if the mounting of the tires to the rim would be included as i needed to be able to travel afterwards and that was the only way i would... read more
Yesteday I had an amazing experience at Colwood Car Mart. Jamie was amazing and ensured there was no pressure and a fun experience. I had a few concerns that he ensured were looked after or will be in the upcoming days and he got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. He listened cared and kept his word. Now, stop reading this and call Jamie and go get a car/truck, I drove off in under 1 hr - simply fantastic - Thank you Colwood Car Mart!!!!!
1 day after a 3 day snow event the sidewalk in front of their location was still uncleared and treacherous, seems that they don't care about the public, nor their obligation to clear the sidewalk. Given that I won't be shopping there.
6 yrs ago these guys took a chance and got me the loan to buy a vehicle off their lot. Great service and great guys. Sending the hubby there to buy the next vehicle
Friendly personable staff. They do a great job getting you into a vehicle. Insurance is onsite. We had a very pleasurable experience. Definitely will shop there again!
