Very unfortunate and disappointing an appointment I’ve had scheduled for MONTHS was just up and cancelled and a voicemail letting me know it was cancelled. Waiting for an appointment that long for a serious concern just to be cancelled like that with no rhyme or reason will have me going elsewhere.
Unfortunately, my first OB appointment with Dr. Colwell was not a good experience. She seemed annoyed and frustrated when we asked questions, and the appointment felt very rushed. It didn’t feel like she was approachable or genuinely interested in supporting us during this important time. It was definitely not the kind of care I was hoping for in my pregnancy journey. I’m very thankful we got switched to the Goodyear location, where the care has been much more respectful, attentive, and patient-centered.
