I asked for a quote to replace a generator. Technician on site less than 30 minutes. No mention of a fee to do this and now a bill for $187.50. However if I go through with the $6500 replacement they will not charge this!!! Very curt salesperson as well.

In 2023, bought a 14kw generac generator and they installed it. It has been great!! They were and are very honest, kind and easy to work with people. The generac generator and equipment has worked great. I wish I would of done it years ago. When the power goes out, in about 30 to 40 seconds the generator is running and switching over automatically. Mike
