We had a very bad experience using these people. Poor communication " you have to chase up everything". We sat outside our new home with the removalists at the time of the advised exchange...We contacted the solicitor every hour to be assured it would proceed until 4pm, when we chased it up again and were told to find a Hotel for the night.
