Shannon is absolutely wonderful to work with over the phone! She dispatched her technician Austin who arrived within 30 minutes. Austin went above and beyond in locating the hot water heater, doing some demo work to get to it, and diagnosed the problem. Quick response, both assisted with a passion for their company. Our furnace's pressure switch failed over the weekend, and I called Colvin's Monday morning and Faron was able to get our heat back up and running later that afternoon, and then with all the proper replacement parts a couple days later when they arrived.
