Awesome homes and so close to rock hill.
Don’t expect to have any guests or house warming parties or anything of that nature. They take pictures of your guests cars on street(not even overnight) to try and give you a fine. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible family atmosphere and would not recommend moving here unless you hate people and never want anyone to visit.
Pretty, quiet and quaint neighborhood. I happened to be working in the neighborhood, and was delighted I did on such a beautiful, sunny day! It seemed very family oriented, and a welcoming, diverse neighborhood. I could see it remaining popular, and well known, as the landscape is well kepted and was built beautifully!!
