The upstairs bedrooms always felt stuffy, no matter how high we set the thermostat. Samuel inspected and showed us that the return vents and coils were heavily clogged. He cleaned the ducts, coils, and blower, and sanitized the furnace. Once finished, the airflow upstairs was stronger and more balanced with the rest of the house. Samuel was polite, efficient, and explained how dirty ducts were restricting airflow. Our home feels more comfortable now.
I had no idea how bad our air ducts were until this company showed me the before photos yikes! The team was professional, friendly, and worked quickly. After the cleaning, our HVAC system runs quieter and cools more efficiently. I only wish we had done this sooner. Great job all around.!!
The technician Jasmine was wonderful! She was very polite and took the time to explain each step of the air duct cleaning. She also noticed black spots inside the return vent, which turned out to be mold. She performed a professional mold treatment and installed a UV light inside the air handler to prevent future growth. Since then, the house smells fresher and we’ve had fewer allergy flare-ups. I highly recommend this service for anyone in an older home.!!
