Me and my mother traveled 5 hours to this place to pick up her cousin's ashes. The funeral home lost the driver's license despite the fact that we were told that it came over with the body and they did not give us a death certificate. Do not give this place any money.
Very unprofessional !!!! Messed up my SISTER obituary I asked for at least one correct one THE SECRETARY STATES WE WENT OVER THIS .... YEAH I NO BUT I WASN'T BEHIND THE COMPUTER TO CORRECT YOUR TYPOS . DIDNT EVEN DUST THE COFFIN OFF THEY PLACED MY SISTER IN MY MOTHER CLEANED IT OFF !!!!! The day of the wake the funeral home man lower my sister down in the CASKET well my ten YEAR old NIECE was standing there BECAUSE it was 7:oo o clock . My daughter just lost her baby he was still born and I contacted Colvin Funeral home to have the baby cremated and these are the worst people ive ever dealt with they lied to us from get go they said they had the baby then said they didn't the owner baldface lied to my family and I.We had the owner Mitch on speaker and he was yelling at me my whole family heard him yelling and he lied to us again said he had the baby we called CF and found out he never picked up the baby.Needless to say I put a stop to him getting the baby a... read more
