Yeah, residential customers, don't waste your time. I did today. I believed their website with their page of residential service offerings. I read their reviews and saw 3 of the more recent reviews complimenting them on residential service. I left messages to get service and thought I was done seeking an electric company. WRONG. They apparently shifted business focus and didn't have the courtesy to change their website.
