Calling this an HOA is a joke. They keep raising the price and doing less. These condos are a disaster! Anyone you can actually get in touch with is an absolute pathetic excuse of a human being who is ALWAYS useless and unhelpful. 9629 Apartment C has TWO full families living in a TWO bedroom apartment. They are constantly bringing mattresses and other very dirty items from the trash into their apartment. Our unit above theirs has been bug free for the 17 years we’ve owed it.
