I recently saw a news story by a YouTuber who exposes bad public employees in California and Oregon. The employees' behavior here was abhorrent, especially Shawnte Bice, who "earned" $80,140.79 in total pay plus benefits in 2021 for some simple small town bookkeeping. This is one reason why California needs to charge such high taxes.
Very unprofessional place, rude and violated civil rights. A lawsuit will cost the city and county money. There needs to be discipline
