The wait time was extensive and a bit frustrating, as I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment in the lobby. However, after I was seen by Dr Richie, my first time meeting her she was very nice, welcoming, educated and answered any questions I had. My appointment did not feel rushed and we were given a lot of information.
It is time to replace my BC and I was worried I would have to wait a year to have it taken care of. JILL let me know that they had a recent cancellation and she could slide me in. When it's time to replace your BC your hormones could be thrown off. I am not feeling the best and this quick date is just what I needed. Thank you so much!
I was really impressed not just with the speediness of my appointment but also the quality care I received from everyone on staff! I hope to be going to this office for a long time :-)
