Our experience has been stellar! Neil personally came to our house with top notch customer service, knowledge and product at a reasonable cost. While delivery took months -that was out of their hands - and in our current state of life was not to be unexpected. We needed a custom window installed in our office reception area. The custom window took a little over a month to come in from the manufacturer, which isn't unusual for custom windows. Neil handled measuring out and ordering the window and lined up the installer quickly once we were ready. Installation was professional and we were very satisfied.
The owner and operator is awful. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. We ordered our windows in February. Still haven't completed the transaction. What a joke of a company.
