This place is like home away from home. Mark and Shelly will welcome you like you're family. With vast knowledge in their sport. There's nothing they don't know between the two of them. With your own platform. Special attention to detail. Just a warm feel all the way around.
I am surprised there aren't many reviews. I will write this from the parent's perspective about my son entering. Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was easy in the run-up before going there. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this is very different than what you see most people lifting in most gyms. Mark has an absolute gift for coaching--even keeled, patient, supportive, and knowledgeable with an ability to communicate it.
