I've only lived in Columbus for 6 months and have had Craig look over my car twice. On both occasions he and his staff were honest and friendly, telling me when it did and didn't need work. I'll be seeing him again soon for repairs and have no worries that my car won't be fixed properly!
My tire (on a 40' motor home) blew out on I-90, a State Trooper suggested I call Columbus Tire Service Center. I retired from the auto industry and must say Craig and his company are the most honest and sincere I have ever dealt with. Craig found an error in my repair and billing and went above and beyond to correct it. I plan on letting FMCA and Good Sam magazines know about my experience. Thank you Craig! Regards, Angelo
