Took my truck there Saturday had two windows tinted and I am very happy with the work and the price and the customer service will be bringing all my cars here from now on and having the windshield tinted here in the next couple weeks it good to find a shop that treats you right and also stands behind their work
4. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Donn Arroyo lacked basic professionalism — poor communication, careless work, and zero accountability. I regret trusting him with the project. Look elsewhere if you value quality.
Extremely disappointed with Donn Arroyo’s service. Not only was the work delayed multiple times, but the final result was far from what was promised. Communication was poor throughout, and when I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness instead of solutions. Would not recommend.
Working with Donn Arroyo was frustrating from start to finish. He overpromised and underdelivered. I felt like I was constantly chasing him for updates. In the end, I had to hire someone else to redo most of the work. Total waste of time and money.
