The people are so helpful and courteous! They had to come out last week to change my main box and were quick and so pleasant. Today I went in to set up my mom's cable and internet and they were so much help.

I have always had excellent customer service and in a timely manor. everytime I call or they have to come to my house for whatever reason. I don't think I will ever have any other cable/internet provider other then Columbus Telephone!
