Nobody was at the clinic for my appointment, nobody answered the phone at the clinic, no note on door, no message to me on my phone about any emergency to cancel..The problem for me to even get this appointment spaned over a month of no answering the phones and the complaint to the website people found they could not get them to answer their phones. Do not use these people in Newark Ohio if you can go to another clinic even outside of Newark..Do it.. or calling back..the website people contacted me and they could

What. A. Nightmare. Since going to the office since April of this year, my doctor changed 3 times. That was already frustrating enough, and then this doctor was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever worked with. I went in for an increase on my medication, and he sent the script to the pharmacy wrong. It was a simple mistake, and the pharmacy said they'd contact him and get it corrected. My niece has been seeing him for years and years. She has a 17 yr old Implant that needs to be changed and has many issues with him!. He will not listen to her , answer her questions, or try to understand her issues. She needs a new doctor asap. Wish I could give him less than a star!
