They sent me the wrong equipment. I called and called to try and get the right equipment. I know my insurance had been charged but I could not use the equipment. I called for 2-3 weeks straight and not a single person returned my calls or tried to help. I had to make a surprise visit to the office in order to get the right stuff! Very unprofessional and disappointing! I have found a new doctor. Never again!

rude and unhelpful doctors – the doctor that I've met (Dr. Kalra) was very unhelpful and rude. I usually wait about 45-60 minutes to see him for 3 minutes. He never explains anything in detail. Even if you ask a question, he does not answer my questions more than 1-2 sentences. I really don't want to recommend this clinic.

Dr Samadder and his staff are WONDERFUL! – Ive read some of these reviews and all I can say is you've got to be kidding me!Ive gone to Dr Samadder for over 4yrs now and he has never been anything but understanding,helpful,and a true professional.I have often left and made a point to say how wonderful he and his entire staff are. thats why after reading other reviews I wanted to set this straight.

A highly decorated office space with great professionals – We do not see any other physician than Dr. Samadder. Excellent doctor that takes the time to ask you questions and to make sure your concerns are addressed. His staff are so friendly, they are quick to answer calls and questions alike. The locations are all convenient and works well for all to be seen promptly. I will highly recommend all to see him. Does a thorough job! His office is a one stop comprehensive source for the management of all sleep disorders.

Dr Samadder is the worst physician I have ever met – Dr. Samadder is a disgrace of his medical profession. Pure businessman, the evil one, not a physician. Only greed and money matters not people. Four physician left his practice over 2 year period. Nobody can work with him. He carries on 6 offices by himself and one other physician who is just out of fellowship. One PA for 6 offices. What care can you expect? Many patients are seen only by the physician assistant (PA). He spends about 5 min. with a new patient. Sleep study ... read more

Rude doctor – I met with Sammader for the first time after my doctor left his practice and I had to see a different one. He seemed to be bothered by my questions as if I was causing him an inconvenience. He likes to send his assistant first and then he comes in the room and just repeats whatever opinion his assistant has told me. I have met a lot of doctors in my life and this was the worst experience I have had in an office. Doing business is Not Recommended! – They lied 2 me, said my doctor referral was in place, & they had certified my Ins. would cover sleep study. Ins. denied claim due to NO referral & NO precertification (in other words they lied). When I spoke to their billing dept to have them assist getting Ins. Co. to pay THEIR bill, they refused. After 3 mo. of phone calls, letters, etc, Ins. Co. finally paid claim. When I received CPAP machine, it worked 2 minutes & shut off.
