Syvannah was an awesome tech. She explained everything that she was doing. She was very nice. If I had to do it again I would choose the Lancaster office for the study.
If I could I would give them negative Stars I had appointment this morning the receptionist said I had a co pay I try to give her cash she said they didn't have change so I gave her my bank card then she asked move me to the side so another person could sign in after he signed in I moved back up to the window she was writing my bank card information on a piece of paper I asked her what she was doing she acted like someone who had just been caught doing something wrong and took the paper and threw it in the recycling bin she ... read more
I would give 0 stars if possible. I went I for an appointment, after waiting a half an hour am elderly lady walks up to ask how much longer it was going to be before she is seen. They responded that they didn't know and she started that her appointment was 3.5 hours earlier in the day. I proceded to ask about my wait time and they couldn't tell me.
