They helped guide me through the process of getting a new roof and met all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure things were done the right way. The crew did an amazing job and were finished very quickly. Nick Rondon worked closely with me and was always willing to go the extra mile and answer any questions I had and help in any way he could.
Very Unreliable. Probably untrustworthy. I contacted them for a emergency repair following a windstorm, a 3m by 1.7m panel was ripped out of my roof leaving a very large hole. They quoted me a 10 day wait and 1000€ for that, but also suggested more expensive 6500€ roof work to keep my tiles in place. Then they ignored my messages for most of a month and refused to do the actual emergency repair unless I agreed to the other far more expensive work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. The final result looks great, and the work was completed exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.
Made me file an insurance claim and then ghosted. The guy who was working with me left the company, and the one who took it over (Tanner) didn’t care about it.
