We had leaking in the roof. Some one recommended "Hatem" on a Whatsapp group. He replied right away, showed up and finished the job same day. He dropped by next day to make sure all is good. Hatem was very courteous, honest and his charge was very reasonable. He also sent us pictures to prove it was a builder mitake to use if we need too. Great experience with Hatem after being ignored by our builder.
The completed project, new roof and new siding, meets and exceeds expectations. The process was somewhat challenging and lengthy, primarily due to dealing with a stubborn and slow insurance company. Columbus Roofing staff worked diligently with the insurance company to step through the process. Communications and followup were key to progress.
