A representative of the company, Mr. Darangay Lay popped by at our home and offered a free inspection. Mr. Lay was super polite and very considerate of my time and schedule. After the inspection, I was pleasantly surprised to hear him say that the roof was in perfect condition. One usually expects to be given a long list of problems that need to be fixed!!
