I feel for the owner of the buildings they have been entrusted with. I have rented the same place for SIX years - and then they took over. i resigned under their new management last December and was contacted the DAY before my lease began - - two months later asking if I was staying. I’m moving back to Columbus to finish my degree after moving away for work a decade ago. They advertised an apartment on N High. I contacted them. Was contacted by the same person (Charlie King) via 3 different numbers. Scheduled a showing. That went ok. Applied. Also fine. Then they sent the lease…I have never seen a contract so full of ambiguity. And apparently zero legal input whatsoever. And not even any kind of editing.
