They are playing games with returning money to me from an overcharge 2-3 years ago. The BBB needs to investigate. I will not use their services ever again.
First off they couldn’t even read my sons MRI properly. Our doctor in Michigan had to call and demand them to read the MRI correctly. We already had prior MRIs so that’s how we knew they were not even bothering to read the MRI appropriately. My son had just had brain surgery a couple months prior. Secondly, they have sold a bill that was already paid by insurance to a collection agency. Jennifer, Same here they are billing me something that my health insurance covered! Now its in collections, guess ill pay again! Service have nothing to compare it to, but the procedure was quiet an experience FML.
Service was fine- TEN YEARS AGO. They will NOT stop trying to bill me for a bill that has literally been paid off for NINE YEARS!!! For god’s sake, it’s been long enough! It’s dropping my credit score! This is absurd!
