I've never even used this service and I was still charged by them. Rather than admit that I was never there, they just shunted me off to collections. Now I keep getting calls non stop about how I owe them money for a service they never did at a location I was never at. I don't know what your billing department is smoking but they need to dial back on it.

They won't work with me on billing. My only solution is to pay money I don't have set up on an unrealistic payment plan for 90 days. This company is poorly run and thieves. They don't even allow an option to make a partial payment. They wouldn't allow me to speak with management and no one speaks English fluently. If I knew my hospital used this billing department I would have chosen another provider for service. They don't care about healthcare or patient advocacy they only care about their profit.

Whoever hires these billing people for Columbus Radiology should be ashamed of themself. First have them speak good English and teach them how to do billing. I could hear their TV blasting with children speaking in the background. I had my account number ready and this lady asked for my address 3 different times. Then asks for my last address, I said I’ve been in this house for 16 years, she said she still needs my previous address I gave her that. She then needed my phone number. Set up a payment plan online after speaking to a less-than-helpful human on the phone. Got an e-mail the next day payment plan was cancelled. Called back, talked to another human who gave me a canned answer that she couldn't explain and kept repeating the same thing over and over when I asked what she meant. Hung up. Called back and talked to someone who assured me it wasn't cancelled (despite me looking at an email that said it was). Very poor reading. The hospital staff despises this organization and I can see why. It is clearly run like a 'business' (quantity over quality). The results were too brief and they missed some major red flags requiring a repeat CT scan. If you can (you probably can't), pick a different radiology group to read results. Healthcare can't always be prioritizing maximum profit.
