Columbus Radio is THE BEST!!!! They were able to get my turntable in tip top shape! I had some issues (that turned out to be my fault!) with it after and I brought it back and they went the extra mile to try and figure it out! They go above and beyond and they really care about the customer. Took my new Audio Technica record player to get checked out as I was having problems with the sound. Zane looked at it and fixed the problem, explaining to me what he was doing. I am new to owning vinyl and this business treated me so well. I didn’t feel silly for not knowing something and I was helped quickly and with kindness and respect. Thank you, Columbus.
