We always have wonderful customer service all around. Easy to schedule with quick turnaround time. Gabriel is very friendly and explains the process before he starts so you know exactly what to expect. We have used them for years. Years of old stains gone within an hour! I am beyond pleased of the carpet cleaning job performed at our business. They completed the job within 3 days of my initial phone call, were very knowledgeable, priced great, friendly and our carpet looks outstanding. Will be using them again in the future. We have a dog that likes to pee when excited and a one year old baby who spills stuff all the time out carpets did not look at allwe had a few really dark spots that I thought when never come out, after columbus pro came, they look like carpets looked before we moved in! New and revived! It did not take them more like 30mins to do our living room! It was great!
