I've had several appointments. Everyone was kind and professional. There's always something good on the television while we wait
I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for a patient. I've been a patient since March and I've had to call every single month for a week straight just to get my medications called in. I was already checked in and paid my copay when I was told that I couldn’t have my sleeping child contained in a stroller in there, this was not my first time there, they just didn’t inform me until it happened. The woman working the desk then didn’t want to give me my money for my copay back.
