I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for a patient. I've been a patient since March and I've had to call every single month for a week straight just to get my medications called in. I've left several messages for the doctor to call me and up until today I was told he doesn't call patients back because he's too busy. I was already checked in and paid my copay when I was told that I couldn’t have my sleeping child contained in a stroller in there, this was not my first time there, they just didn’t inform me until it happened. The woman working the desk then didn’t want to give me my money for my copay back. I put in a request for my doctor to call me with my results since I had been billed $245 for the tests he insisted on running, a week went by I heard nothing back so I called again and put another request in, another week has gone by. ... read more

Staff is very friendly and goes over and beyond to assist. Dr Bassey has always timely returned the call given from his answering service after hours. When does this Dr sleep? I have had nothing but good things to say about this practice.
