Rachel was wonderful to work with. I, unfortunately, couldn’t follow through with the service because the placenta wasn’t iced within the appropriate amount of time. She refunded our deposit without any issue. She was easy to communicate with and really worked hard to meet us easily. I plan to keep her services in mind for the future.
Unfortunately due to some birthing/storage issues ( i.e. NOT on the companies part) I wasn’t able to encapsulate my placenta. However Columbus Placenta Encapsulation was very accommodating and helped me through everything including issuing me a refund and sendOmg and a detailed email with some other postpartum remedies and tips! I highly recommend them and will use their services if/when we decide to have another baby!
Punctual and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!!!!
