Poor management Me my gf are currently renting an apartment here we've been here for a little over a year everything seemed fine until the water heater went out at the 1st of november they replaced it and the hot water worked for about 2 days but ran out quickly and we never had that issue with the previous water heater. The apartment manager Garrett said he would send someone out to check it. Don't rent here. My husband and I leased an apartment here in 2020. When we first came in to see the unit, a brief inspection showed great wear and tear, particularly in the carpets. However, we were assured this would all be redone and cleaned and, innocently, proceeded to sign our contract prior to viewing the finalized apartment. Lesson learned. Not on Your Life Property is not properly maintained inside ( for sure ) elevator malfunctioned recently with one of the tenants in it which resulted in them suddenly passing .

Westover Apartments Hello my name is Adelaida Romero I have lived in the westover apartment's for about 2 yrs now. Im a single mom with 3 kids and living is this apartment has been great they are cozy and very update on everything. They are helpful and keep things in line and we have enjoyed living here!
