I'm a new patient...just saw them this week but I am impressed with my experience! The staff was very nice, welcoming me to the practice, getting all new patient forms filled out and making sure we were set for the follow-up appointment. Dr. Tom was very busy, but made time to see me and did not rush my visit. I left with a clear next step and feel good about where we go from here.
