If there was an option for 0 starts I’d give that. Don’t waste your money here—book your services elsewhere. The customer service is awful. They cancel appointments without any notice and never answer or return calls.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 😠👎🏻 I’ve been trying to call them multiple times they never answered my call, left them a voicemail - never gave me a call back. Messaged them on instagram, keep reading my messages but never responded, do not recommend this place, avoid it at all costs
I’m the husband of a patient who was dismissed from this practice , and I want to share our experience to help others make an informed decision before choosing this practice even though I am not a patient here, as the bread winner, this business directly impacts me. Response: MY ISSUE WAS NEVER THE PRICE, I asked the business manager to explain what a “prolonged visit” charge was and she said the appointment went over. Am I, the patient, responsible for stopping the appointment? Not to mention, my NP was 40 minutes late which is what my issue is. The business manager is greedy and clearly on a power trip as she just takes people to small claims court over the smallest amount of money.
