Do not expect them to answer the phone, even during business hours. The turnover here is high, I have never been greeted by the same front desk person twice. My doctor left the practice in April and was really excited to be leaving. I was in the hospital and called to reschedule my last appointment. They did not return my call for 2 months. When they finally rescheduled me, they did not tell me the office had moved. None of my confirmation emails or texts included the new address as a courtesy. STAY AWAY ! they take 90 days to process insurance. the person at the front desk can give you missed information and tell you that the insurance will cover and after, the same person will tell you that the insurance won’t cover whatever amount of appoiments you had go to. Scam ! they don’t give you truth billing info. make you sign a contract without telling you important details.

I have continued to be with this medical group for some years. I've had various in-office procedures and surgical procedures done without any complications. I have two spinal cord stimuators that help with my pain. The doctors listen to me when I have something to say. They do not discount my pain. They now offer mental health care as prolonged pain eventually starts to cause issues with you mentally. Im able to ask questions and be apart of my care plan.
