The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 😠👎🏻 I’ve been trying to call them multiple times they never answered my call, left them a voicemail - never gave me a call back. Messaged them on instagram, keep reading my messages but never responded, do not recommend this place, avoid it at all costs

Response: MY ISSUE WAS NEVER THE PRICE, I asked the business manager to explain what a “prolonged visit” charge was and she said the appointment went over. Am I, the patient, responsible for stopping the appointment? Not to mention, my NP was 40 minutes late which is what my issue is. The business manager is greedy and clearly on a power trip as she just takes people to small claims court over the smallest amount of money.
