STAY AWAY ! they take 90 days to process insurance. the person at the front desk can give you missed information and tell you that the insurance will cover and after, the same person will tell you that the insurance won’t cover whatever amount of appoiments you had go to. Scam ! they don’t give you truth billing info. make you sign a contract without telling you important details.
I have continued to be with this medical group for some years. I've had various in-office procedures and surgical procedures done without any complications. I have two spinal cord stimuators that help with my pain. The doctors listen to me when I have something to say. They do not discount my pain. They now offer mental health care as prolonged pain eventually starts to cause issues with you mentally. Im able to ask questions and be apart of my care plan. If there was an option for 0 starts I’d give that. Don’t waste your money here—book your services elsewhere. The customer service is awful. They cancel appointments without any notice and never answer or return calls.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 😠👎🏻 I’ve been trying to call them multiple times they never answered my call, left them a voicemail - never gave me a call back. Messaged them on instagram, keep reading my messages but never responded, do not recommend this place, avoid it at all costs
