Horrible customer service. Told me we have 4 broken appointments but makes no sense when we are rescheduling appointments and missed one due to having my baby early unexpectedly. Then they did work and now don’t wanna reschedule. The managers are rude. Melissa acted like I was bothering her from doing HER job and Susie is always rude.
Melissa went above and beyond to assist me and my sons. She not only helped me with getting to the appointment but I ran out of gas down the street and she assisted me with that as well. Shout out to her
