This is the courtyard of Brooklyn Borough Hall. It does have a smallish, nice fountain with attractive plants. A few times each week a fresh produce and baked bread green market is set up in the concrete courtyard. It's not a bad place to sit on a bench and watch skateboarders practice on the smooth surface.
