Worse place to go in Starkville! They gave me an appointment for my hand, I told the lady it's not a workers comp claim she said ok. I get to the clinic filling out paperwork the lady at the desk said the lady from Columbus called you listen to your voicemail. She saying we gotta cancel your appointment because I need a letter from my job saying I'm not filing workers comp after I told her it's not a workers comp claim and nothing been filed. Let me begin this post by stating I do not have insurance. I have used Columbus Orthopedic Clinic in the past. They have always worked with me when I’ve had insurance and when I have not with that sad, I cannot complain about anything that I have ever experienced in the Columbus office they’ve been very helpful very generous. My problem occurred When I called to get an appointment for a lower back issue, the doctor I generally had used for a hip replacement would not be in the office for weeks. Best service ever, come in with a "LIMP, leave walking like a "PIMP!"
This was the most unprofessional doctor’s office I’ve ever seen! Find another physician! Run don’t walk. Two appointments, two days. 8:00 Am. We’re on time. Yesterday they opened but had no internet. Reset the appointment. Today they didn’t even change the sign saying they were closed from the day before. The Columbus office is closed also. Called the therapy clinic to find out “ they are updating” the system. They had that info before Monday’s visit and knew they would be closed today also and didn’t inform the patients.
