Every time I come here I weigh at least 40 minutes or more just in the waiting room we’re waiting to be seen they treat you not like a person and they are very rude
My daughter had appointment at 11 gets there with her 2 week old baby and was told by Dr. Lovell’s staff 🤷♂️ come back at 1:00. Comes back at 1 the receptionist says the nurse is out on a delivery and to take a nap. WOW
Dr Uralil and the nursing/ma staff was absolutely amazing during my visit. I'm a single mom and had to take my infant son with me to the clinic. Dr Uralil was so amazing, even letting him nurse while we discussed everything in the exam room. They entertained him for me so my hands were free to provide paperwork, etc. Truly wonderful to find such a caring team in Columbus, and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a OBGYN. Thank you so much ladies!
Just like every other doctors office in all of Columbus . Could’ve went to the urgent care for this . The doctor was more concerned giving me a iud than the actual reason that I came in . No wonder Columbus is one of the highest cities with stds the doctors are AWFUL .
