My NP referred me to Columbus Nephrology on Oct 29th. Was told it could take a couple of weeks for them to contact me for an appointment. Two weeks went by and never heard from them. I called my NP back and got the the name and number so I could call and make my appointment. Talked to the person who scheduled the appointments and was told it could take up to three weeks for them to get back to me for my appt. I had a very short wait time and the nurse was very pleasant and nice. After I was finished seeing the nurse, the doctor came in to see me really quickly. He was very professional and said that things looked good and that made me feel very happy. I think everything went really well and I was very happy with how efficiently and quickly everything was taken care of.
First time at the office. First of all, Terry at the front desk, was excellent with getting me into see doctor Z so promptly. She was absolutely awesome easing my nerves. Now speaking of Doctor Z, he was beyond exceptional. He took the time to explain everything to me, knowing how scared I was. I feel like I’m in the best possible hands with his treatment and his knowledge and his expertise. I have been going to Dr Shah for several years. I trust him. He listens and cares about not only his patients, but also his staff. I highly recommend this office. You will be treated with respect and you will no longer be invisible.
The staff members were great during my visit. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Leslie at the front desk explained my appointment process for my next visit. Dr. O'Reilly took his time to explain my labs in detail. He explained my current meds and suggested some changes that would offer some improvements. I will try this and review these at my 3 month follow-up visit. I am very happy with my visit. Thanks Les Campbell
