Best OB-Gyn in all the lands! The staff is courteous and friendly. Carissa at checkout made scheduling a breeze and has great people skills. I would recommend Dr. Birkenholz to all the ladies.
"I was trying to schedule an appointment, but the staff member I spoke with was very rude. The tone was sharp, communication felt rushed, and I didn't feel respected as a patient. If you don't care about your job and cannot treat patients properly, maybe it's better to leave the profession. No one should be disrespected while seeking care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how patients are treated
Dr.Rajchel is the most amazing Dr. she listens and gives the best bed side manor !
Disappointed. Prenatal was not good. The staff was very unorganized and never answered the phone. (Pickerington location was better than ghanna) I had Dr.Rajchel and although she was very nice and even funny I just didn’t have a good experience. This is definitely another one of those offices where you wait an hour after your appointment to be seen and all of your appointments are 5 minutes before you’re kicked to the curb.
