Not pleasant because of the push to wear mask..this is latter 2024 and no use for them and with Jack having anxiety ,it really triggered him bad..He would not stay for the visit..My first review was removed with in seconds.

I took my grandmother to an appointment along with my mother. This was her second visit with the physician. He was not very pleasant to my mother and I during her (grandmother’s) appointment. My grandmother speaks no English so we translate for her. The physician was very annoyed when I asked him to slow down so I may translate her test results. If I could put a zero I would. The appt was scheduled for over five months in advance. I was in the room waiting on the dr and the Office manager came in and told me they would not see me cause I didn’t have insurance and it was past due. I do have insurance and I just paid the premium and I even took my phone out and showed her the screenshot of my payment I made. I talked to the insurance company and they said have them call me and they would fax the information over and the office manager refused to do so. I’m other words... read more
