Can’t say enough good things about Dr Prassinos and his team! He is so thorough, detail oriented, and committed to creating a beautiful and natural result. Truly the best gift I could have given myself and I would go to Dr Prassinos over and over again.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this office! From my very first appointment, the entire staff made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely supported. The staff at Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery was incredibly kind and respectful. The woman at the front desk are very cheerful and supportive. Each time I have made a call to the office, they have been informative and helpful. Dr. Prassinos was knowledgeable and thorough with the options of surgery I was interested in during my consult. The appointment at this cosmetic doctor's office was simply average at best, but overall it fell short of basic expectations. The waiting area was fine, but the wait time extended well past the scheduled appointment time without any updates from the staff. Nothing stood out as particularly impressive, and the overall experience was fairly unhelpful. I would not choose to return to this facility for future care.
