The appointment at this cosmetic doctor's office was simply average at best, but overall it fell short of basic expectations. The waiting area was fine, but the wait time extended well past the scheduled appointment time without any updates from the staff. Nothing stood out as particularly impressive, and the overall experience was fairly unhelpful. I would not choose to return to this facility for future care.
To expensive for basic stuff
Dr. Shah and the entire staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout my entire experience. Everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend them.
Amazing experience from start to finish. As someone who has been in the plastics business for years, I can say these are my favorite peeps. They have systems and processes for everything. If they do use Ai, they don't rely on it to do their jobs for them. I scheduled my surgery before I even went to my consultation based soley on good vibes from the office staff who actually answered the phone and knew what they were talking about as opposed to other organizations who don't pride themselves on the importance of office staff.... read more
