Service has just gone really downhill at this location. I’ve been coming consistently for several years and at this last appointment they were running an hour and a half behind. I was not able to complete the appointment as scheduled because we ran out of time. They called me back and could offer nothing to make up for this issue, nor could they guarantee it would be fixed in the future. If you value your time, I would consider going somewhere else. The are all so sweet at CIPS! I went to a place prior and I feel as if they were not as knowledgeable as CIPS. I love that my injector actually listens to me too.
